Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims on your behalf and you will be reimbursed for the amount. If you have any questions, our friendly staff is always available to answer them.
Payment Options
- Payment in full: If you make full payment at the onset of treatment, we will extend a bookkeeping fee reduction. We also offer discounts for multiple family members.
- Monthly Payment Plans with No Interest: If you prefer, you may make monthly payments to our office after making a down payment. Convenient credit card or bank draft payments available.
- Unicorn Financial: Offers payment plans with no interest for 18-24 months with no down
